Equifax is seeking a self-motivated communications manager with experience handling both internal and external business communications and events.

The Communications Manager will be integral in developing and delivering communications strategies and campaigns to primarily support a program of work for the migration of key customer applications to the cloud. The successful candidate will also support delivery of webinars and face to face events to drive customer engagement.

 

We are looking for someone who is a clear and confident leader, a strong communicator and collaborator, a confident networker, internally and externally, and who is committed to the Equifax culture, reputation, and brand.

 

What will you do?

  • Create and deliver communication strategies that meet program objectives and build customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty

  • Write copy for all initiatives, including marketing, sales and internal communications 

  • Manage approvals process with Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal and Compliance teams

  • Manage projects and priorities to ensure content is created, approved and delivered by the deadline

  • Create and deliver email campaigns and journeys/workflows in relevant marketing platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Equifax Engage)

  • Support development and delivery of events (digital and face to face) to drive customer engagement and loyalty

  • Monitor campaigns and provide reporting which drives continuously improved performance

  • Adhere to brand guidelines across all communications

 

What you will bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or a similar discipline; or significant professional experience in these disciplines

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering successful marketing and/or communication campaigns across a range of platforms and channels

  • Experience in creating, promoting and delivering successful small and large scale internal and external corporate events (digital and face to face)

  • Confidence working in cross functional teams with various members of the organisation to gain an understanding of the products and services you will be working on

  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

  • Proactive, can-do approach and ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to create engaging customer journeys and drive activity

  • Project management skills to deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Experience with webinar management and marketing automation platforms (bonus for experience with Zoom and Eloqua platforms)
