About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Producer to join our team at Apparent Communications. As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing digital projects across web updates and email deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects meet our quality standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, manage all aspects of end-to-end project management, including estimating, timelines, resourcing, and project status reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI design and development resources, identify, mitigate, communicate, and escalate project risks and opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and provide feedback on work progress to ensure it meets Apparent Communications' quality standards and project objectives.
Requirements
  • Agency Experience: 2-3+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types, including site updates, marketing campaigns, micro-sites, emails, and CMS maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of office productivity applications, collaboration and issue tracking tools, such as Google Workspace, Smartsheets, Jira, Miro, and Confluence or Notion.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with team members and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative, and motivation to learn new digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMS Experience: Content management experience in CMS platforms such as AEM, Umbraco, and Contentful.
  • Marketing Automation: Skilled in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot, as well as basic working knowledge of HTML.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working on automotive brands.
