Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will lead our Account Management teams, focusing on revenue growth and customer relationship nurturing. You'll play a pivotal role in refining our go-to-market strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a market-leading account management strategy. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data-driven insights. Build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts. Champion a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional value. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team. Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales metrics to exceed targets.

Desired Skills and Experience

Proven leadership experience (8+ years) in Account Management/Customer Success. Success in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS or HR industries. Strong history of closing large, complex sales and over-delivering revenue targets. Expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and customer success strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
