**Head Baker (Bakery and Pastries)**

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead our bakery and pastries production team. If you possess previous experience in managing an entire bakery and pastries operation, along with a track record of at least 5 to 6 years as a Head Baker, and a background in artisan sourdough bakery products and pastries, we invite you to join us. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and success of our bakery factory's wholesale and retail products.

**Responsibilities**:
Bakery Production Management: Oversee and lead all aspects of bakery production, including pastries, bread, cakes, and other products, ensuring adherence to high standards of taste, quality, and consistency.

Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of bakers and production staff, inspiring their best performance, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Production Volume: Effectively manage production schedules and workflow to meet the demands of wholesale and retail operations, optimizing productivity without compromising quality.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to maintain the exceptional standard of our bakery and pastries products.

Artisan Sourdough Expertise: Utilize your background in artisan sourdough bakery products to lead and innovate in this specialized area, contributing to our unique offerings.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline production processes, from ingredient preparation to packing, ensuring smooth operations and mínimal wastage.

Inventory Management: Oversee ingredient inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain uninterrupted production.

Bakery Development: Contribute to the development of new bakery and pastries offerings, experimenting with flavors and techniques to keep our products fresh and appealing.

Hygiene and Safety: Uphold and enforce hygiene and safety standards throughout the bakery, ensuring a clean and compliant working environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to align production with sales forecasts and customer demands.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management on production volumes, quality, and any challenges faced.

**Requirements**:
Experience: At least 5 to 6 years of experience in a Head Baker role, with a proven track record in managing bakery and pastries production. Previous experience in artisan sourdough bakery products and pastries will be highly advantageous.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of inspiring and leading a diverse production team.

Bakery Expertise: In-depth knowledge of bakery production processes, techniques, and a variety of baked products.

Operational Acumen: Ability to manage large-scale production volumes, packing, and overall bakery operations efficiently.

Quality Focus: Committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in all baked products.

Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills to address production challenges and maintain operational continuity.

Compliance: Familiarity with food safety regulations and health standards in a bakery environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
