**About this role**:
A leading supplier of premium Australian made and designed furniture, accessories and lighting is seeking an Office and Accounts Manager to join their Sydney team. They are a fast-growing company with a reputation for providing quality designer furniture and homewares to the A&D industry.
As the Office and Accounts Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and running the office, as well as coordinating all aspects of the businesses financial accounts and HR needs.
**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate accounts payable and receivable with the assistance of the Head of Finance
- Coordinate statements, expenses and credit cards
- Assist with new staff onboarding and regular staff reviews
- Manage staff leave requests and resourcing
- Answer all incoming calls and transferring messages accordingly
- Ordering and maintenance of office, kitchen and equipment supplies
- Ensure the office is tidy, organised and runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate calendars and organise and book staff travel
- Assist with team events, gifts and bookings
- General ad hoc office and admin duties
**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 4+ years in a similar accounts, administrative or office coordinator role
- Proficient in Xero software essential
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Proactive and solutions focused attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
