Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Administrators. Multiple positions are available and the duration of assignments range between 3-6 months with a high view for extension.The location of work is Adelaide CBD, Marion, Modbury and Hindmarsh. Days of work are Monday-Friday and Pay Rates for these role range between $36-$48 per hour. If you have a background in Data Entry, General Administration, Customer Service, Executive Support and hold a current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, we would love to hear from you

The Role:

The positions will undertake clerical, administrative support, data entry and operational tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
  • Coding invoices
  • Verifying documents
  • Electronic filing
  • Diary Management
  • Travel bookings
  • Database management
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Inbound phone enquiries
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Credit card reconciliation

Essential Experience/skills:

  • Working with Children Check
  • NPC obtained within the last 6 months
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills
  • Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Professional phone manner

Experience with the following programs will be highly regarded

  • Basware
  • Chris21
  • Objective

To be successful you will be immediately available and meet the above criteria. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded.
