Job Description

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for procurement and contract management? This role plays a crucial part in optimizing value for money from contracts with vendors/third parties while ensuring alignment with our business needs. If you thrive in providing administrative support services and enjoy contributing to complex projects, this role is perfect for you. 

Daily activities will include:

  • Provide a customer-focused contract management service. 
  • Champion effective and efficient management of contracts in a way that is accountable and ensures value for money.
  • Support RWWA’s functions with the operational relationship with vendors - where required.
  • Work with key contract managers to establish and manage vendor relationship governance, ensuring compliance with the Procurement and Contract
  • Review and manage supplier compliance certificates within a systems framework 
  • Support tender administration as directed
  • Perform contract management duties including administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling vendor management meetings

Qualifications

About You 

  • Contract management experience
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities •
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mind set and healthy respect for deadlines 
  • Ability to perform data entry and update documents to a high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining positive and productive relationships with multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation 
  • Familiarity or prior experience with the Tech One CiAnywhere Platform or other Procurement & contracts and, supplier management platform desirable
  • Relevant knowledge of procurement and contract negotiation desirable.
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate, build relationships and influence others
  • An ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a close-knit team
