**The role**

The TAFE SA Procurement and Contracts management team is on a journey

This re-energized team come from diverse industry backgrounds and display a genuine openness to fresh ideas and contemporary practices in procurement and contracts management. They are seeking a highly reliable individual with superior attention to detail, to provide high quality support to the Procurement and Contract Management function that ultimately delivers value to TAFE SA

This role is a unique opportunity to work on delivering key projects and driving TAFE SA forward in their strategic plan. **Your new role will involve**:

- Responsible for the provision of procurement and/or contract administration/monitoring services for low value, low risk procurements, including monitoring performance against KPIs and reporting on performance issues in accordance with TAFE SA procurement policy and standards
- Assists senior Procurement and Contracts team members in the conduct of procurements, including higher value, higher risk tender processes and contract management tasks
- Contract management and/or administration, including monitoring and reporting for various across-government contracts in use by TAFE SA business units (e.g. stationery, temp staff etc)
- Contribute to a high performance and professional work team culture and continuous improvement of process and service delivery within the scope of the role to improve outcomes for TAFE SA business unit customers
- Assist and provide backup services to the Procurement Reporting Analyst in the management and maintenance of core systems and reporting when required

- Ability to schedule and coordinate procurement projects and programs including the ability to develop acquisition plans, tender packages, specifications, and evaluation criteria within legislative and policy guidelines
