This position works closely with other Coordinators and reports directly to the Product Coordination Manager. This role is suited for a Junior to Mid-level candidate looking to make their mark within product and will benefit from mentorship by a group of Senior Product Managers and stakeholders from the business.

Your role with us:

In this role, you will support the Product Management team by gathering and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to help define product requirements and features. You will work closely with Product Managers on project management efforts, including defining project requirements, timelines, and coordinating deliverables.

As our Product Coordinator (Commercial - CRM Marketing) you will work closely with our Commercial team, who offer our customer base top-tier perks to keep them engaged with our platform. The Commercial team is responsible for managing our CRM and social strategies, ensuring personalised experiences and incentives. You will be responsible for managing requirements relating to our third-party marketing email provider, working closely with the social team on briefing the design team, and collaborating with Product Managers on the development of ideas and tickets that enhance the platform.

What you will do:

  • Act as a business partner and advocate for the feature requirements of the business units.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes and ensure that products meet customer expectations and standards outlined in the Acceptance Criteria.
  • Support the Product Management team in gathering requirements, writing BAU tickets, creating Idea Canvases, developing acceptance criteria and project management efforts.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including project WIP documents, customer support documentation, and the Product Requirements Document (alongside the Product Manager).
  • Work closely with business functions to ensure product alignment and to support product launch activities.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, usage metrics, and success criteria.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of product objectives, timelines, and progress.


What you will bring:

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello or Asana to manage tasks, track project progress, and collaborate with team members.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders on requirements gathering, incorporating feedback, and gaining support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand Agile principles and practices, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
  • Similar experience in a product coordination, project / account management, or similar role within a product development or agency environment.


Bonus points if you also have:

  • Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Experience with process modelling and creating business cases as a business analyst.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance (QA) processes, including the creation of Acceptance Criteria and testing new features prior to launch.
  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
