**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Coordinator to join our Jacqui E team within the Womens Tops category. As a Product Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals. You will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers, briefing new ranges, and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Product Manager in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals.
  • Liaise daily with offshore and local suppliers and factories.
  • Brief new ranges to suppliers for development.
  • Maintain effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers.
  • Conduct trend research into colour and new trend direction for the Jacqui E customer.
  • Manage and track the sample process, critical path, production schedules, and freight timelines.
  • Support the product team with administrative needs.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Production Assistant, or Supply Coordinator role is preferable.
  • Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous.
  • Proactive, motivated, and likes working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be a collaborative team member.
