We’re partnering with our Victorian Government client to source a highly motivated Production Coordinator to support their dynamic and innovative creative studio.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in project management, and have a passion for creative production, you’re going to love this f**ull-time 3 month (ongoing) freelance project.**

The role will be a mix of production coordination, account management and project management.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Coordination**:

- Manage production to ensure all briefs and deadlines are met.
- Setup for print and pre-press.
- Oversee print production, liaise with clients and printers.
- Manage digital trafficking, liaise with clients, and ensure timely deployment of digital artwork.
- Manage the design studio for timely completion of projects.
- **Account Management**:

- Ensure the successful management of creative briefs and projects within the studio, fostering positive outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Project Management**:

- Collaborate with clients and external suppliers to ensure timelines are met and within budget.
- Effectively project manage multiple initiatives, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Demonstrated experience**:

- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a creative environment.
- Strong project & account management skills with a successful track record.
- Proficient in design software and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- _If you're currently on a working Visa, you will not qualify for this role._
- _You must be residing in Melbourne as you'll be required onsite 2 out of 5 days per week. Office is based in CBD._
