About the role

This is a high volume and busy role within a dedicated and hardworking team. You will be the first point of contact for anyone considering a career as a Disability Support Worker. You will support candidates through their recruitment journey to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. We are inspired by our clients and are committed to exploring innovative recruitment methods and attracting diverse and motivated talent.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, screening, arranging interviews and supporting with onboarding candidates
  • Utilising platforms like Seek, LinkedIn, referrals and our internal database for candidate sourcing
  • Working with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements
  • Maintaining accurate data on our ATS (Workday)

About you:

  • High volume recruitment experience
  • Knowledge or experience of the community sector preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in a very fast paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, customer service and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task being able to juggle lots of balls in the air while maintaining composure
  • Strong alignment with our purpose, vision and values
