- Talent Acquisition Consultant - Fixed Term Position
We have an exciting Fixed Term Parental Leave opportunity_ _for a proactive, passionate person to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role includes sourcing, recruiting and building talent pools to find ‘right-fit’ talent to meet CPA’s current and future resourcing requirements and would suit an experienced and self-motivated recruiter.

- Responsibilities:

- Duties includes:

- Working strategically with the DSP Team to identify and implement talent attraction strategies
- Advertising vacancies on Seek, LinkedIn, Broadbean etc
- Maintaining accurate data on our ATS (Workday)
- About you:

- Minimum 1 year recruitment experience
- Knowledge or experience of the community sector preferred
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service and administration skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly across all levels
- Hard working and adaptable to changing environments
- Energetic and able to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience in an office environment
