Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Derivatives Trader (Options Market Maker) to join our team and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience trading options, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the financial markets.
Responsibilities:

  • Trade Execution and Risk Management:
    • Execute trades in the options markets, utilizing our proprietary trading algorithms and strategies.
    • Manage risk effectively to optimize trading outcomes.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with other traders, engineers, and data scientists to improve our trading systems and strategies.
    • Develop and implement new trading strategies and algorithms.
  • Market Analysis and Decision-Making:
    • Analyze market data to inform trading decisions.
    • Stay up-to-date on market developments and news that may impact trading strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience trading options, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify trading opportunities.
  • Knowledge of market-making and arbitrage strategies in the options markets.
  • Strong experience with Python.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for the financial markets and a desire to continually learn and improve.
