Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Undertake activities in the Nexus Centre, guaranteeing efficient service delivery across all aspects of the business.
  • Communicate with any drivers who may need to stop for a break due to fatigue events.
  • Communicate with service providers about any faulty devices, and follow through to ensure the faults are rectified
  • Monitor resources and demand, proactively identifying, managing, and escalating potential challenges or risks before they escalate into issues.
  • Interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders to make sure logistics and transport processes are managed
  • Maintain adequate coverage of Nexus Centre Officers on a daily basis, including fulfilling Wellness Centre Officer duties during leave or absenteeism as necessary.
  • Ensure your compliance with all service level requirements, consistently meeting and exceeding established standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills, ensuring all interactions meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Exhibit excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively address challenges and find optimal solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ideally a background in transport, Logistics and Supply Chain industry experience
