Are you ready to elevate your career and make an impact? We're seeking a passionate Operations Support Officer to join our innovative team This position will play a pivotal role in monitoring key safety and performance indicators to ensure the safety and wellbeing of Centurion drivers nationally.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Answering calls to the Nexus Centre in a prompt and timely manner, ensuring queries are correctly assessed and appropriate action is taken
- Logging calls accurately ensuring all relevant details are populated correctly and actions are documented
- Communicate with drivers who may be in breach of fatigue events
- Communicate with service providers regarding faulty devices
- Review MDVR systems remote camera footage to ensure the system is operating as expected, and communicate any issues to relevant parties
- Communicate with internal / external parties about any faulty devices, and follow through to ensure the faults are rectified
- Record any relevant information or actions for reporting purposes
- Provide incident investigation support to our HSEQ and Operational teams by gathering GPS data, Seeing Machines data, MDVR footage and other support as deemed necessary
- Adequately communicate the breakdown information provided by the driver to both inhouse and external parties
- Communicate with different operations departments on the status of any of the fleet that is currently broken down
