**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Undertake activities in the Nexus Centre, guaranteeing efficient service delivery across all aspects of the business.
- Communicate with any drivers who may need to stop for a break due to fatigue events.
- Communicate with service providers about any faulty devices, and follow through to ensure the faults are rectified
- Monitor resources and demand, proactively identifying, managing, and escalating potential challenges or risks before they escalate into issues.
- Interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders to make sure logistics and transport processes are managed
- Maintain adequate coverage of Nexus Centre Officers on a daily basis, including fulfilling Wellness Centre Officer duties during leave or absenteeism as necessary.
- Ensure your compliance with all service level requirements, consistently meeting and exceeding established standards.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, ensuring all interactions meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Exhibit excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively address challenges and find optimal solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven intermediate computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ideally a background, Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain industry experience
