Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake activities in the Nexus Centre, guaranteeing efficient service delivery across all aspects of the business.
  • Communicate with drivers who may need to stop for a break due to fatigue events.
  • Communicate with service providers about faulty devices and follow through to ensure faults are rectified.
  • Monitor resources and demand, proactively identifying, managing, and escalating potential challenges or risks.
  • Interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage logistics and transport processes.
  • Maintain adequate coverage of Nexus Centre Officers on a daily basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all service level requirements, consistently meeting and exceeding established standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills, ensuring all interactions meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Exhibit excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find optimal solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ideal background in transport, Logistics and Supply Chain industry experience.
