About the role:

This role is primarily responsible for the P&C, Time and Attendance and  Payroll solutions . In this role you will be responsible to ensure key applications are supported, run efficiently, application currency is maintained, regulatory and compliance requirements are met and operated within the risk and compliance framework. You will plan changes carefully, maintain detail runbooks and work effectively with IT and Business teams.

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure the reliable and effective performance of Workforce systems
  • Provide functional and technical support within our P&C and Payroll operations
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
  • Working with vendors and other technical team to ensure support cases are in line with their SLA
  • Conduct regular system health checks and audits
  • Maintain all relevant system interfaces including upkeep of documentation. Create\maintain knowledgebase documents
  • Lead the deployment activities by helping to raise change, get approvals, mobilize resources and represent in CAB if required
  • Participate in occasional ‘out of hours’ support tasks

The background that will make you a success in this role:

  • 3 plus years’ experience in the IT industry supporting enterprise applications.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in supporting P&C \ Payroll\Time and Attendance applications
  • Experience working with SAAS solutions.
  • Development or support experience in application and data integration solutions
  • Knowledge of Web application architecture and its key components
  • Knowledge of Windows Security, Active Directory, Windows Domains
  • Willingness and proven ability to learn new technologies and processes

Desirable:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other report building tools
  • Basic database and sql skills   (SQL server, TSql).
  • Background in software development
  • Software configuration experience, preferably with SaaS solutions
