Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Integration:

  • Integrate Frontoffice and Backoffice components of the solution
  • Integrate releases from Backoffice with Frontoffice devices and software
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integration solutions
  • Migrate, deployed and verify the release components and deployments between previous version to new version
  • Perform design, development and testing activities as may be needed time to time
  • Help in performance testing of the various components

Monitoring and Resolution:

  • Monitor the transactions coming from devices and make sure that they are processed correctly in the Backoffice
- system

  • Resolve any discrepancies in the production system
  • Ensure that the Time Sync is correct with all transactions
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
  • Perform the initial investigation on issues found in the test and production environments

Co-ordination:

  • Coordinate with the development teams to get the issues fixed
  • Get the configuration change requests, review and send it to the Release Manager for approval & testing

Development:

  • Develop scripts and software components as required

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements, address technical issues, and provide databaserelated support specific to ticketing systems. Communicate effectively to provide regular updates, manage expectations, and escalate critical databaserelated matters as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization in database administration practices specific to ticketing systems. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance database performance and reliability for ticketing operations.

Role Requirements

  • Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of.
NET, Biztalk, SQL, ETL, SSIS, SSRS etc.

  • Application integration and exposure to MS Dynamics Ax, CRM, Inventory Management Customisations experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Mandatory:
  • Expert on Microsoft platforms i.e.
NET, ETL, SQL, SSIS, SSRS etc.

  • Experience in development languages such as C#, Java, ASP.NET,
  • Knowledge
of MS Dynamics Ax desirable

  • Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
  • Windows, IIS and related web server technology
