We now have an exciting opportunity for a SalesManager/General Sales Manager for our dealership inBallina.
Our Sales Managers certainly have a seat at theleadership table. We work collaboratively and provide you with thetools and resources to help set you up for success. This is ahands on role where you will support your team by providingcoaching, mentoring and leading by example. You will equally beresponsible for the operational management of your sales team,including stocking, reporting and data analysis.
What the role entails:
Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales andgross profit objectives for both the department and individualsales team are metContinuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping withgroup policy and to maximise ROIMentoring and coaching sales teamSet clear standards to ensure superior customerexperience.Monitor and act on business management information and otherkey performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance andprofit opportunitiesWhat we are looking for:
