The role Reporting to the Director, Service Agreement Management, you will be entrusted with overseeing and evaluating diverse cross-functional programs across all HHSs and Queensland Health Divisions. Serving as the key contact point, you will manage program-related queries and disputes while vigilantly ensuring the successful program delivery. Your role involves crafting essential program documentation, enabling comprehensive reporting and evaluations crucial for informing senior Department of Health executives.
The successful personTo excel in this position, you need substantial management and organizational expertise, demonstrated through significant accomplishments in high-ranking roles within intricate, decentralized service delivery structures. Your proficiency lies in analysing intricate data, identifying emerging trends, and synthesizing information from diverse sources, all of which are crucial for effective performance management.
Moreover, your skill set extends to advanced project management, enabling you to strategize and execute large-scale, intricate programs/projects. Your communication abilities are exceptional, evident in your capacity to produce precise reports, craft and deliver presentations, and engage in articulate verbal discussions, even on complex and contentious topics, with a wide range of stakeholders.
