**Process Manufacturing Traineeship | IMDEX**
Programmed Training Services, in partnership with IMDEX is looking for a driven and motivated Electronics or Mechanical Trainee who will be supported in their study towards a Certificate III in Process Manufacturing working with Index's Electronics and Mechanical Technicians.
The team works in a world class facility based in Balcatta and assemble our market leading tools and equipment that support the growing mining industry. This is a 12-month fulltime paid Traineeship; it is highly likely a company permanent role will be offered at the completion of the traineeship.

**Who we're looking for**:
It's important you have a great attitude and strong work ethic and you're willing to learn and develop your skills over this 12-month traineeship program split between hands-on practical experience in the workshop and theory classroom studies.

You will be willing to work as part of an experienced team, under close supervision and in time, independently.
- Have excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Have great attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of relevant workplace health and safety requirements

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong commitment to safety and driven work ethic
- Completion of Secondary Schooling (Minimum)
- Have a basic mechanical understanding
- A current WA driver's licence and own transport
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug & alcohol screening test.
- Physically fit, prepared to work in a busy workshop environment
