The opportunity

We are looking for a detail-driven Financial Accountantto ensure our financial reporting is as precise and forward-thinking as our products. This is a high-impact role for a technically strong finance professional who thrives on complexity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. From statutory reporting to audit coordination, consolidation, and technical accounting support, you'll be the backbone of our global financial integrity. Other key responsibilities include -

  • Prepare full-year and half-year statutory financial statements
  • Manage monthly group consolidation and reporting processes
  • Liaise with external auditors and oversee audit workflows
  • Provide technical accounting expertise, including support for M&A transactions
  • Assist in preparing key Board papers for the Audit & Risk Committee
  • Ensure lease accounting and GL reconciliations are robust and consistent
  • Review tax effect accounting submissions and support group tax computations
  • Partner with ERP and finance teams to enhance reporting automation

To be successful

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Degree qualified and CA/ CPA qualified
  • Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and group consolidation processes
  • Experience in statutory reporting and audit coordination
  • Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, commercial mindset
  • Ability to communicate complex accounting matters clearly across teams
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple regions and time zones
  • Can demonstrate cultural awareness and clear communication
  • Can adapt to diverse working styles
  • A passion for improving systems, processes, and reporting efficiency
