Job Title

At our Australian manufacturing facility, we are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Machine Operators/Process Workers in a Pharmaceutical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and monitor validated Coating & Compressing & Mixing/Granulation Machines, ensuring they operate within normal and safe parameters.
  • Maintain all machines in good working order, inspecting wear and tear, and reporting any issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
  • Perform manufacturing tasks with proficiency in all aspects of Coating & Mixing & Granulation & Compressing Operations.
  • Document setup and cleaning procedures in logbooks and other pertinent paperwork.
  • Follow procedures described in SOPs and report deviations to the immediate supervisor.
  • Assist manufacturing supervisors in collecting information for investigations.
  • Clean and disassemble Coating & Mixing & Granulation & Compressing Machines and their parts, containers, and rooms according to SOPs.
  • Facilitate and cooperate with Continuous Improvement Programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tablet Coating, Compressing, Tablet, Powder Mixing, and Granulation experience in a Pharmaceuticals/Nutraceuticals manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift and work under pressure, with no allergies.
  • Certificate of Mechanic is highly regarded.
  • Prior GMP/HACCP training and physical fitness due to the nature of the work required.
  • Own reliable transportation to rotating roster jobs.
