About the role

The Managing Partner role has ultimate responsibility for the agency's relationship and performance across your client(s). They are a senior part of the Leadership Team within the Melbourne office and are part of the National Management Team for Mindshare AUNZ. The person will be a critical part of the trusted team that the Managing Director calls on to drive the business within Melbourne across People, Product, Partnerships and Profit.

What you will need:
You will have meaningful career experience within a major agency across planning and buying both online and offline, with a focus on TV and outdoor. Audited TV client experience is essential for this role. You will have experience in leading teams and managing a global client, with strong client facing skills with many stakeholders. Ideally you will have a strong investment understanding, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Melbourne Managing Partner; This role covers two distinct responsibilities.
- Clients:
- Manages all senior client relationships within the assigned client group
- Manages all client overall governance, quality control, contracts, and performance (Vantage)
- Feeds in directly to the offices KPIs across People, Product, Partnerships and Profit. See below for KPI.
- In charge of growth within each of the clients
- Overall employee/team structures, development, and growth
- New Business:
- Managing Partner will work closely with the MD to drive both pipeline and structure across new business opportunities
- Profile in market, working to grow the profile of the agency within the market across partners and prospective clients
- Work with the Chief Growth officer for Mindshare nationally to build new business opportunities.
- Oganic growth of existing clients, work with the MD to outline a plan across all clients for organic growth and then work with each of the teams to ensure they are implementing this. This will cover all clients across the Melbourne office.
- KPIs are focused on Partnerships and Profit.
