Downer is seeking a Site Administrator to join our Power & Energy project at **MOOMBA** in **South Australia**. The perfect opportunity to advance your admin career in an ongoing role in the resource sector. Reporting the Lead Administrator, you will provide effective support to the team in all aspects of general project admin tasks and duties including, but not limited to
- Input of weekly payroll data;
- Maintaining electronic and paper files and reports such as training, personnel, safety, quality assurance, business and operational;
- Arranging site access staff, subcontractors and visitors;
- Purchasing all stationery and staff amenities required by the site office, including managing stock supplies;
- Collating and distributing reports and other correspondence; and
- Any other duties as required by Management.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this position you must have a minimum of 3 years recent industry experience working in a similar role working on a Mine Site / Refinery environment.

This is a **FIFO** position with a **19/9 Roster**

You will also possess:

- Demonstrated project administrative experience with strong data entry skills;
- Experience using Oracle, Coins and JDE preferred;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Team player, an eye for detail with ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi disciplinary team; and
- Must be flexible and adaptable to meet changing project demands.
