Admin and business support officer wanted

Your responsibilities include:

- Answer inbound calls to assist with sales, repair or servicing requests, including providing list price and availability information to customers and suppliers.
- Redirect technical enquiries to the sales team. Depending on the complexity, either the sales or customer service team members do the quoting;
- Process customer orders from receipt through shipment including monitoring after order completion;
- Work closely with the technicians to coordinate workflow of service jobs;
- Maintain current and accurate data in our invoicing system;
- Provide administrative support to the operations of the Adelaide office, such as general office management duties.

- Have strong customer service experience and demonstrate resilience and professionalism in handling customer challenges
- Be passionate about finding solutions for customers
- Be responsive and always willing to learn and help others out
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, open to new ways of doing things and receptive to giving and receiving feedback
- Be highly organised and have an excellent eye for detail
- Work calmly and efficiently under pressure, able to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines, and follow up
- Have very good data entry skills
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn other systems quickly

We are willing to consider recent school leavers with customer service experience.

Flexible hours.

We open from
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12am

All other days and times are flexible and we can discuss.
ie you can work just 4.5 days per week and get Sundays and Mondays off.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
