**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**

In this role, you will assure a sustainable, customer-driven, distribution network with the proper processes and competencies in place to achieve the necessary results for the CASE CE Brand. Ideally you will be located in or around the Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane regions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Defining and implementing a network coverage plan in agreement with local market and according to ANZ Network Strategy and Brand guidelines
- Managing the appointment process of new dealers.
- Managing the operations in case of territory reduction or expansion, and termination of dealers.
- Ensuring the implementation of dealer standards, establishing best in class customer experience across the network and building stronger partners.
- Ensuring the smooth collection of data for network monitoring (KPI) and support in dealers' follow up of the contractual standard KPIs.
- Supporting the business management and the dealer activities by monitoring dealer profitability trend minimizing company risk coming from network
- Defining the Annual Budget of Area of responsibility according to network strategy and local market / dealer specifics.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Degree in Economics, Business Management or related is desirable
- Relevant network development experience within AG or Construction Equipment or heavy machinery OEM retail business environment
- Strong skills utilizing MS Office, PowerBI and Adobe tools
- Advanced analytical skills; communication skills; leadership skills; organizational skills and drive for personal development.
