We are seeking a Consultant Team Leader to manage our high-performing outbound appointment setting team.
You'll lead a 30-person team across local and offshore offices, driving daily performance, coaching live calls, and ensuring quality appointments for our sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a structured, high-activity sales environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 30 outbound Consultants (local and offshore)
Run daily huddles and roleplays to energise and align the team
Coach live calls and deliver real-time performance feedback
Conduct fortnightly 1:1s with team members for development
Drive KPI accountability and maintain consistent team activity
Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve conversion and performance
Maintain a visible presence and ownership across the sales floor
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing outbound sales or contact centre teams of 20+
Strong background in appointment setting, telesales, or telemarketing
Skilled in coaching, KPI tracking, and live performance management
High-energy, structured leader who leads from the front
Committed to team development and achieving business goals
Able to address underperformance while scaling excellence
