Lead Appointment Setting Team

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage our high-performing outbound appointment setting team. You will oversee a 30-person team across local and offshore offices, driving daily performance, coaching live calls, and ensuring quality appointments for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a team of 30 outbound consultants (local and offshore)
  • Run daily meetings and roleplays to energise and align the team
  • C coach live calls and deliver real-time performance feedback
  • Conduct fortnightly one-on-ones with team members for development
  • Drive key performance indicator accountability and maintain consistent team activity
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing outbound sales or contact centre teams of 20+
  • Strong background in appointment setting, telesales, or telemarketing
  • Skilled in coaching, key performance indicator tracking, and live performance management
  • High-energy, structured leader who leads from the front
Work Environment:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday in our office (on-site only)
  • Fast-paced, supportive team with a culture of coaching and accountability
