As a Consultant Team Leader, you will manage a high-performing outbound appointment setting team. You will lead a 30-person team across local and offshore offices, driving daily performance, coaching live calls, and ensuring quality appointments for our sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a structured, high-activity sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 30 outbound Consultants (local and offshore)
- Run daily huddles and roleplays to energise and align the team
- Coach live calls and deliver real-time performance feedback
- Conduct fortnightly 1:1s with team members for development
- Drive KPI accountability and maintain consistent team activity
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve conversion and performance
- Maintain a visible presence and ownership across the sales floor
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing outbound sales or contact centre teams of 20+
- Strong background in appointment setting, telesales, or telemarketing
- Skilled in coaching, KPI tracking, and live performance management
- High-energy, structured leader who leads from the front
- Committed to team development and achieving business goals
- Able to address underperformance while scaling excellence
