Join us in one of our locations, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.About the RoleAs a Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems.You're a trusted advisor who delivers scalable, commercially sound solutions that align with business goals and add real value.
You identify opportunities for innovation, support your peers, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and navigate ambiguity sets you apart in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and specify scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to client needs.Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops.Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams.Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements.Build strong relationships with clients and software partners.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.What You'll Bring10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles.Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
