Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in software development? We're seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solutions Architect to design, develop and implement custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create customized solutions, integrations and workflows within the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Evaluate code quality, performance and maintainability through best practices and testing.
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting and ongoing enhancements of existing systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in software development with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Platform components including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
