Job Summary

Embark on a challenging career path as a seasoned Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect, leveraging expertise in solution design, customizations, integrations, and data migration to deliver enterprise-scale CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proficiency in architecting and designing solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet project requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in discovery workshops with clients to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership for business requirements.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality code deliverables, including configurations, plugins, workflows, and customizations.
  • Collaborating with Azure Services to extend CRM capabilities and lead validation for all types of testing (unit, integration, UAT).
  • Working with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business applications.
  • Developing data migration plans and leading migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM using the required tools.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Excellent customer interfacing and stakeholder management skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Desirable skills include outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
