Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect for Dynamics 365 CE

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves delivering technical solutions tailored to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) that align with customer business goals. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses by leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365 CE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To translate client requirements into effective Dynamics 365 CE configurations and customisations.
  • To lead project planning with attention to risk mitigation specific to CE deployments.
  • To support pre-sales efforts with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE.
  • To develop strong relationships to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting and delivering complex business solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading project teams and managing large-scale enterprise deployments.
