**Your new role**

I am currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor/ manager to lead the delivery of a large and exciting project, FIFO of Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Due to steady growth, the client is looking for an individual that can come into the business, hit the ground running, and help lead a key project currently in the construction phase till completion. This will be a permanent FIFO position looking to start as soon as possible.

As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supporting, and supervising the successful execution of project construction delivery, in accordance with program and budget, and safety, quality, and environmental objectives.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive background in and highly experienced in construction supervisory experience, including bulk earthworks, civil and structural works
- Current driving licence C essential, HR desirable
- Construction White Card essential
- Plant and / or Rigger qualifications desirable
- Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of industry, standards, contracts, OH&S, compliance, logistics
- Attention to detail, results oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, positive, and strong work ethic
- Accessible as primary contact for work crews
- Available for FIFO work
