Core has partnered again with a well-established civil contractor based on the Southside of Brisbane, delivering high-quality civil infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. Their portfolio spans residential and industrial subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and road construction, with a reputation for delivering on time and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

As they continue to grow, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor's to join our team and take ownership of key projects across the region.

About the Role:

As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and working closely with project managers to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Enforce compliance with WHS regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients and stakeholders as required.
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in subdivisions, earthworks or road construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of construction plans and technical specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • White Card and current driver's licence essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in civil construction or supervision will be highly regarded.
