Responsibilities
Proven sales capability with account management expertise.
Drive new account penetration through creative and effective strategies with strong underlying delivery plans.
Develop and leverage an existing network within relevant sectors to uncover leads and capitalise on opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management and technical teams to devise solutions that delight customers and add value to organisations.
Influence outcomes by engaging at all levels – product development, technical evaluation, and final purchasing decisions.
Qualifications / Ideal Profile
Existing network within industry sectors, ideally in the A&D space as a BDM.
Knowledge of relevant project processes; strong relationship-building with action orientation, high energy, and a drive to excel.
Ability to connect with clients as part of account management or penetration plans.

You will need to influence outcomes by engaging across levels – from product developers to decision-makers. Strong written and verbal communications, analytical and reporting abilities, and the capacity to present to clients, stakeholders, and industry participants are essential.
You
Ideally you will bring an existing network in multiple industry sectors, with a track record in the A&D space. A knowledge of the project process is well regarded. The successful candidate is a hunter and a farmer—energetic, capable of winning and building business, managing clients, and ensuring needs are met. You should connect naturally with clients as part of account management or an expansion plan.
