Our client is a well-established global Marketing and Data Analytics organisation experiencing ongoing success. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with senior stakeholders where you will be responsible for overseeing the whole talent acquisition function. Managing a TA Coordinator, you will be working across the full recruitment lifecycle providing recommendations and solutions to the business. This role will also see you facilitating training to line management on interview skills as well as partnering with the wider HR team on strategic initiatives including employee branding and talent management and retention.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with sound interpersonal skills. You will have demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and networks and passionate about coaching, guiding and challenging stakeholders.
