As a result we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our ANZ team- Responsibilities of the role- Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer & acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on role requirements and approach to interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure that our EVP, diversity and inclusion strategy is incorporated throughout the process
- What we are looking for in you- You are a natural born problem solver with 2 years in Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment
- You are motivated, optimistic, self-driven and a team player; let's win together
- You have a can do attitude
- Strong stakeholder management building relationships across all levels of an organisation
- You are flexible and adaptable to business needs and work best in an environment with clear expectations and a high degree of autonomy
- You have a high sense of urgency but recognise how to balance efficiency with quality
- Aptitude to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to a talent strategy
- Ability to provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers, and that includes having difficult conversations when necessary to keep the recruiting process compliant and effective
