So, what's the job?
You'll lead our Talent Acquisition team to deliver on recruitment requirements across ANZ.
You'll partner with hiring leaders to manage recruitment for senior hires directly.
You'll partner with hiring managers to formulate and deliver a national, or sometimes international, recruitment strategy to meet recruitment needs and attract the best talent.
You will be a trusted advisor providing feedback on market conditions and recruitment best practice.
You'll own recruitment training and branding initiatives for ANZ.
You'll work to improve existing recruitment processes across ANZ, developing new and innovative strategies for sourcing future talent.
And what are we looking for?
You'll have prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a regional or multi-location role.
You'll have experience leading a recruitment team, ideally within a remote, multi-location or hybrid work environment.
You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating organisational dynamics.
You'll bring a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions.
You'll have experience or the desire to leverage existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment efforts.
You'll be comfortable working autonomously, and confident making decisions without manager oversight.
