Overview
Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Publicis Groupe ANZ. Entry level role in the internal recruiting team supporting the planning and execution of the annual talent acquisition strategy to drive growth across ANZ. This role supports the global mission of having the right talent on the right work at the right time, with focus on internal mobility and attracting external talent to maintain a healthy pipeline.
The Opportunity
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for entry level roles from attraction through to placement, supporting with tools and processes that will improve efficiency, create more opportunities for our people and attract the best talent the market has to offer.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Manage full cycle recruiting for entry level and junior roles for the Groupe.
Assist the TA team with talent sourcing as requested.
Assist the TA team with applicant screening as requested.
Assist the TA team with preparing job advertisements as requested.
Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure resource needs are met and internal processes are followed.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and enhance the attractiveness of Publicis Groupe as an employer.
Ensure candidate notes are captured and the full lifecycle of an open role is managed through the ATS.
Build and maintain talent pipelines on the ATS.
General Admin & Process
Support the TA team with knowledge of key admin and processes to contribute effectively.
