Overview
CSL Australia is currently seeking a permanent full-time Electro-Technical Officer to join our cement carrier Goliath.
This operation is based in the Bass Strait.
Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Electro-Technical Officer is responsible for maintaining electrical and electronic equipment.

How will you contribute to our success?
The ETO Will Be Responsible For
Maintaining the vessel's electrical and electronic equipment
Adopting safe working practices
UMS test schedules, alarm tests, etc.
Assisting during maintenance as required beyond electrical equipment maintenance
First-level maintenance of communications, radio, and navigation equipment
Supporting the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment during cargo operations
The Skills You Will Bring To Our Team
Educational requirement: as per AMSA Marine Order 72 – Electro-Technical Officer (required)
AMSA Electro-Technical Officer CoC/CoR Unlimited
Minimum 12 months relevant experience (required)
Certificate of Safety Training (STCW) (desirable)
Work Safely at Heights Certification (desirable)
Enter and Work in Confined Space Certification (desirable)
Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) (required)
Australian Citizen or unlimited Australian Working Rights
