**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**
Our client provides critical support services to organisations who want to have a deeper engagement with their investors and stakeholders. They are a subsidiary of an ASX listed Australian company with a global footprint and an entrepreneurial spirit.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As an Outbound Contact Centre Operator for this short campaign, you are responsible for completing number searches and verbally communicating relevant information to investors and stakeholders in a professional and personable manner.
You will be required to source numbers using White Pages, Internet and other sources.
Because of the sensitive nature of this business, the environment is entirely script based. One of the key requirements of this role is to be able to communicate with professionalism and warmth while reading from a script.
You will be dealing with a broad range of stakeholders and investors so your ability to adapt your style for each stakeholder group is essential.
**ABOUT YOU**
It goes without saying that you need to have exceptional communication skills. You also must be able to work at pace and under pressure to reach as many shareholders and investors as possible.
To be successful, you will need:
- to be reliable and able to commit to the full 7-day campaign
- a strong customer service orientation
