Contact Centre Operative Role

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Contact Centre Operatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be providing administrative and clerical support services to customers across various business lines.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer interactions and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using specified software

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call centre, admin, or retail environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new systems quickly
