Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Meet performance metrics, including call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the contact centre operations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) softwares.
A problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and organisational needs.
