We're looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Sales Team Leader to reset, inspire, and grow our high-potential learning solutions sales team. This is an exciting newly created role which offers the rare opportunity to close enterprise-level deals and coach two sales consultants to deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do
Sell innovative learning solutions to enterprise-level clients. Lead, coach, and develop a small team handling inbound, outbound, and account management. Manage a team sales portfolio worth approximately $2m per annum. Implement smart sales processes and use data to drive performance. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to expand offerings and secure resources.
What You'll Bring
5+ years in enterprise B2B sales with proven results. Experience selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers. Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and accountability. Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and process-driven mindset. A natural motivator with high energy and confidence.
