Product Manager

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is responsible for working in partnership with design teams to develop products from initial concept to delivery.

**Main responsibilities**
- Planning and tracking project steps to achieve key milestones.- Assisting the design team in the development of new products per development calendar; facilitating design meetings, helping to communicate action plans, reporting status to Senior Management, and helping to identifying risks and provide solutions to problems.- Partnering with the Studio Managers, Marketing and Design Leaders to ensure key milestones are met.- Recommending methods to reduce development lead time and troubleshoot off-track projects.- Communicating changes and updates to key stakeholders.- Maintaining management reports and ensure data integrity**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.- Product experience in one or more of the following industries: toys, fashion, consumer goods/FMCG, video games.- A working knowledge of the product development process.- Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile development methodologies.- Proficient in MS Excel and Project.- Clear analytical thinking and able to get to heart of problems and issues.- Able to adapt and respond to change in a fast paced environment.- Strong experience working with key stakeholders.- Tertiary qualified in a relevant field.**ABOUT US**
