Claim Central Property manages the restoration, assessment and repair of residential, commercial, strata and industrial properties in Australia and New Zealand.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Continuous Improvement Support to join the Continuous Improvement team on a secondment basis/fixed term contract basis (up to 6 months).

**The Opportunity**
- Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager to support the delivery of CI initiatives & responsibilities across the 5 Pillar Strategy
- Research and analyse existing operational processes to identify potential continuous improvement opportunities
- Accumulate and present to the wider group a project's clear objectives and phases aligned to the CI Engine methodology
- Be proficient in co-leading multiple projects - includes but is not limited to leading project direction, organising regular check ins and reporting back to the team with results
- Maintain proactive communication and updates of CI projects between all stakeholders and internal business units that is easily understood by the wider group
- Developing an in-depth understanding and documenting project scope and specifics - timeframes, intended outcomes, financial information
- Organising, attending and scribing project meetings and following-up agreed action points
- Ensuring milestones are being met in a timely manner and momentum is sustained
- Support the RPA division including but limited to Jira sprint management and planning, stakeholder management, consistent communication on bug fix or new process updates and compiling process design documents for new upcoming RPA solutions
- Deliver on the CI KPIs set for FY24
- Depending on the business needs and claim volumes; there may be occasions when CI team members are required to support business units in operational tasks / functions

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education (Highly favourable)
- Claims management experience (Favourable)
- Intermediate MS experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Flexible and agile in approach to managing projects and challenges
- Familiarity with change management principles
- Excellent communication skills Inc. interpersonal
- Goal-driven with strict adherence to deadlines
- Resilient
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
